Designed for cavity widths between 130mm and 145mm (5.1"–5.7"), supporting heavy structural loads.
Suitable for 125-150mm (4.9"–5.9") wide inner leaf blockwork with a max 25mm (1") overhang on lintel flange.
Extra heavy duty rating ensures reliability on demanding building projects.
Lintel must be propped during construction to ensure safety and load distribution.

The Keystone CFS/K-130 WIL is an extra heavy duty cavity wall lintel measuring 1350mm in length, specifically engineered for use with wide inner leaf blockwork. It’s an excellent choice for builders and contractors who require dependable, strong support over openings in cavity walls with widths ranging from 130 to 145mm. Please note, this lintel is designed for use with inner leaf blockwork between 125 and 150mm wide, with a recommended maximum overhang of 25mm on the lintel flange.

Application

This lintel is commonly used in cavity wall construction where robust load-bearing support is essential, particularly over doorways, windows, and other openings. Its extra heavy duty specification makes it suitable for projects involving heavier structural demands, including residential and commercial developments. To ensure optimal performance and site safety, it is advised that lintels are propped during build to facilitate faster construction and proper load transfer. Blockwork should be built tight against the inner face of the lintel, with a mortar bed placed on top before laying floor units to distribute load evenly.
