Details

The Keystone CFS/K-110 WOL 900mm is an extra heavy duty cavity wall lintel designed to support openings in walls with wider outer leaf blockwork. Tailored for builders, contractors, and site managers working on robust cavity wall constructions, it offers dependable strength where heavier loads are expected. Please note, the outer leaf blockwork must not overhang the lintel flange by more than 25mm to ensure proper support.

Application

This lintel is ideal for cavity walls featuring a 110-125mm wide cavity and outer leaf blockwork between 125-150mm. It provides essential support over window and door openings on projects requiring extra heavy duty load capacity. To ensure structural integrity and speed up build times, propping of the lintel during installation is recommended. The blockwork should be built tightly against the lintel’s inner face, with a mortar bed placed on top of the blockwork before laying floor units to distribute the load evenly.
