The Keystone CFS/K-110 WOL 4500mm is an extra heavy duty cavity wall lintel engineered for wide outer leaf applications. Tailored for builders and contractors managing substantial openings, this lintel provides the strength and reliability required on site. Please note, outer leaf blocks are not included and must be installed with care regarding overhang limits.

Application

This lintel is specifically designed for cavity walls with outer leaf blockwork thickness between 125mm and 150mm and cavity widths ranging from 110mm to 125mm. It is ideal for supporting heavy structural loads over large openings such as doors, windows, and other load-bearing points. Installation best practice includes propping lintels to speed up construction while ensuring safety. Blockwork should be built tight against the inner face of the lintel, with a mortar bed placed on top before laying floor units to evenly distribute the load.
