The Keystone CFS/K-110 WOL Extra Heavy Duty Cavity Wall Lintel measures 3900mm in length and is engineered specifically for cavity walls with wide outer leaves. Trusted by builders and contractors, this lintel provides reliable load-bearing support for openings where robust structural performance is essential. Please note that proper installation practices, including propping and correct blockwork placement, are crucial for optimal results.

Application

This lintel is ideal for use in cavity wall construction where the outer leaf blockwork ranges from 125 to 150mm in width, and the cavity itself is between 110 and 125mm. It supports heavy loads above doorways, windows, and other openings, ensuring structural integrity on demanding construction sites. To achieve the best performance, the blockwork should be built tight against the inner face of the lintel, and a mortar bed applied above the blockwork before laying floor units. Propping during installation is recommended to speed up construction and maintain safety.
