The Keystone CFS/K-110 WOL 3450mm lintel is an extra heavy duty steel lintel engineered to support wide outer leaf cavity walls, designed specifically for professionals requiring robust and reliable structural support. Ideal for builders, site managers, and contractors working with cavity widths of 110-125mm and outer leaf blockwork between 125-150mm, this lintel ensures dependable load-bearing capacity for demanding projects. Please note, blockwork should not overhang the lintel flange by more than 25mm to maintain structural integrity.

Application

This lintel is typically used to support openings such as doors and windows in cavity wall constructions where the outer leaf is wider than standard. It is especially suited for heavy duty applications requiring extra load capacity, such as multi-storey builds or commercial developments. For best results, blockwork should be built tight against the inner face of the lintel, and a mortar bed placed on top of the blockwork before laying floor units to distribute loads evenly. Propping lintels during installation is recommended to accelerate construction and enhance safety on site.
