Details

The Keystone CFS/K-110 WOL 3300mm lintel is an extra heavy duty solution specifically engineered for cavity walls with a wide outer leaf. Tailored for builders and contractors working on substantial openings, this lintel supports cavity widths of 110 to 125mm and outer leaf blockwork between 125 and 150mm. Please note the outer leaf block should not overhang the lintel flange by more than 25mm to ensure structural integrity.

Application

This lintel is ideal for supporting load-bearing openings such as windows and doors in cavity walls with wider outer leaf blockwork. Its extra heavy duty rating makes it suitable for projects requiring robust structural support, including residential and commercial builds. To maintain build quality and speed, it is recommended to prop the lintel during installation. Blockwork should be constructed tightly against the inner face of the lintel, with a mortar bed laid on top before placing floor units to ensure even load distribution.
