The Keystone CFS/K-110 WOL 2400mm is an extra heavy duty cavity wall lintel designed specifically for wide outer leaf applications. Built to support substantial load requirements, it is a dependable choice for builders, contractors, and site managers working on cavity walls with a 110-125mm cavity width. Please note, this lintel suits outer leaf blockwork between 125-150mm wide and must not have the blockwork overhang the lintel flange by more than 25mm.

Application

This lintel is ideal for structural openings in cavity walls where a wide outer leaf is present. It is commonly used in residential and commercial building projects requiring extra heavy duty support for windows, doors, and other load-bearing openings. To ensure the best results, lintels should be propped to maintain position during construction. The blockwork should be built tightly against the inner face of the lintel, with a mortar bed placed on top before laying floor units to distribute the load evenly.
