The Keystone CFS/K-110 WOL 1800mm lintel is an extra heavy duty cavity wall lintel specifically engineered to support wide outer leaf blockwork openings with cavity widths between 110 and 125mm. Trusted by builders and contractors for its robust design, it ensures reliable structural support on demanding projects. Please note, outer leaf blockwork must not overhang the lintel flange by more than 25mm to maintain integrity.

Application

This lintel is ideal for cavity walls requiring strong load-bearing support, commonly used in wide outer leaf blockwork ranging from 125 to 150mm thickness. It’s perfect for builders and site managers working on residential or commercial developments where structural reliability is critical. Propping the lintel during installation is recommended to speed up the build process and ensure safety. For best results, blockwork should be built tight against the inner face of the lintel and a mortar bed applied on top before laying floor units, to distribute loads evenly.
