The Keystone CFS/K-110 WOL is an extra heavy duty cavity wall lintel engineered for builders, site managers, and contractors working on robust structural projects. At 1650mm in length, this lintel is specifically designed to support wide outer leaf blockwork with cavity widths from 110mm to 125mm. It provides dependable strength where heavy loads are expected, making it a smart choice for serious building applications. Please note, the outer leaf block must not overhang the lintel flange by more than 25mm to ensure proper support.

Application

This lintel is ideal for spanning openings in cavity walls where the outer leaf blockwork measures between 125mm and 150mm wide. It is commonly used above doors, windows, and other structural openings in residential and commercial masonry projects. To maintain construction efficiency and structural integrity, it is recommended that lintels be propped during installation. Mortar should be placed on top of the blockwork before floor units are laid to provide an even load distribution across the lintel.
