The Keystone CFS/K-110 WOL Extra Heavy Duty Cavity Wall Lintel, measuring 1500mm in length, is engineered to provide strong, dependable support for cavity walls with wide outer leaf blockwork. Ideal for builders, contractors, and site managers working on demanding structural openings, this lintel is designed to handle heavy loads with precision and durability. Please note, the outer leaf block should not overhang the lintel flange by more than 25mm to ensure optimal performance.

Application

This lintel is specifically designed for cavity walls featuring an outer leaf block width between 125mm and 150mm, with cavity widths of 110-125mm. It is perfect for supporting openings such as window and door frames in heavy-duty masonry construction. To maintain structural integrity and speed up on-site progress, it is recommended that lintels are propped during installation and that blockwork is built tightly against the inner face of the lintel. A mortar bed should be applied on top of the blockwork before laying floor units to ensure even load distribution.
