The Keystone CFS/K-110 WOL 1350mm lintel is a specialist extra heavy duty cavity wall lintel designed for wide outer leaf constructions. It is ideal for builders, contractors and site managers working on demanding projects requiring reliable and strong support for openings in cavity walls with outer leaf blockwork up to 150mm thick. Please note, correct installation including propping and mortar bedding is essential for optimal performance.

Application

This lintel is engineered to support structural loads over openings such as windows and doors where cavity widths range between 110mm and 125mm, and where the outer leaf blockwork measures between 125mm and 150mm thick. It is commonly used in residential and commercial cavity wall builds requiring extra heavy duty load-bearing capacity. Proper installation involves building blockwork tightly against the lintel’s inner face and applying a mortar bed on top of the blockwork before placing floor units to ensure even load distribution and structural stability.
