Details

The Keystone CFS/K-110 WOL 1200mm is an extra heavy duty cavity wall lintel engineered for builders and contractors requiring durable, reliable support over wide outer leaf openings. Designed specifically for cavity walls with widths from 110 to 125mm, this lintel delivers robust structural integrity to help ensure the success of demanding construction projects. Please note that the outer leaf blockwork should not overhang the lintel flange by more than 25mm for optimal performance.

Application

This lintel is suitable for use in cavity wall construction with wide outer leaf blockwork measuring 125 to 150mm in width. It supports the load above window and door openings, providing essential stability in extra heavy duty scenarios such as commercial buildings or large residential developments. To maintain structural safety and aid faster build times, it’s recommended that lintels are propped during installation. Mortar should be bedded on top of the blockwork before laying floor units to ensure even load distribution.
