The Keystone CFS/K-110 WOL 1050mm is an extra heavy duty cavity wall lintel engineered for openings where cavity widths range from 110 to 125mm, paired with outer leaf blockwork of 125 to 150mm. This lintel is a dependable choice for contractors and developers seeking robust support on demanding structural projects. Please note, the outer leaf blockwork should not overhang the lintel flange by more than 25mm to maintain stability and performance.

Application

Designed primarily for cavity wall construction, this lintel provides strong support over openings such as doors and windows where heavy loads are expected. It is especially suited to blockwork outer leaves between 125mm and 150mm wide. Builders should ensure blockwork is built tight against the inner face of the lintel and place a mortar bed on top of the blockwork before laying floor units to distribute the load evenly. Propping the lintel during installation is recommended to facilitate faster construction and maintain safety.
