The Keystone CFS/K-110 WIL Extra Heavy Duty Cavity Wall Lintel at 750mm is engineered for builders and contractors working on cavity walls with wider inner leaf blockwork. Specifically designed to support openings where cavity widths range from 110 to 125mm, this lintel delivers dependable strength for demanding structural applications. Application

This lintel is ideal for supporting window and door openings in cavity walls featuring a wide inner leaf of 125-150mm blockwork. It is perfect for projects that require extra heavy duty bearing capacity, such as commercial builds or robust residential structures. To ensure a secure fit, inner leaf blockwork should not overhang the lintel flange by more than 25mm. Propping is advised during installation to facilitate faster construction and maintain structural integrity while the mortar sets. Additionally, placing a mortar bed on top of the blockwork before laying floor units helps distribute loads evenly.
