The Keystone CFS/K-110 WIL 600mm lintel is engineered for extra heavy duty cavity wall applications, specifically designed to support wide inner leaf blockwork between 110mm and 125mm cavity widths. This specialist lintel offers robust structural integrity, making it an excellent choice for builders and site managers handling demanding load-bearing openings. Please note that the inner leaf block should not overhang the lintel flange by more than 25mm to ensure proper load distribution.

Application

Ideal for cavity wall construction with wide inner leaf blocks typically measuring 125-150mm, this lintel is suited to projects requiring strong, reliable support over openings such as windows and doors. It is recommended to prop the lintel during installation to maintain alignment and speed up construction. Ensure blockwork is built tight against the lintel’s inner face, with a mortar bed placed atop the blockwork before laying floor units to evenly spread the load.
