Details

The Keystone CFS/K-110 WIL 3300mm lintel is an extra heavy duty steel support designed for cavity walls with wide inner leaf blockwork. Built to reliably carry heavy structural loads, it’s the preferred choice for builders and contractors handling large openings where strength and durability are essential. Please note, inner leaf blocks should not overhang the lintel flange by more than 25mm to maintain proper support.

Application

This lintel is engineered to span wide cavity wall openings where the inner leaf blockwork measures between 110mm and 125mm, extending up to 150mm in some cases. It provides robust support for brickwork or blockwork above doors, windows, and other apertures in residential or commercial projects. To ensure stability and speed of installation, propping beneath the lintel during construction is strongly recommended. Mortar bedding on top of the blockwork helps distribute load evenly, enhancing structural integrity.
