The Keystone CFS/K-110 WIL 3150mm lintel is a specialist extra heavy duty cavity wall lintel engineered for wide inner leaf applications. Trusted by builders and site managers, this lintel provides dependable structural support for cavity widths between 110mm and 125mm, making it ideal for medium to large openings where strength and reliability are critical. Application

This lintel is designed primarily for cavity wall construction involving inner leaf blockwork widths from 125mm up to 150mm. It is suitable for supporting heavy loads over openings such as windows and doors on both residential and commercial projects. To ensure optimal performance, blockwork should be built tight against the inner face of the lintel, with no more than 25mm overhang on the flange. Propping is advised during installation to facilitate quicker and safer construction progress. Applying a mortar bed on top of the blockwork before laying floor units helps achieve even load distribution across the lintel.
