Suitable for inner leaf blockwork widths of 125-150mm with a maximum 25mm flange overhang.
Constructed to help distribute loads evenly when used with proper propping and mortar bedding.

Details

The Keystone CFS/K-110 WIL 2700mm lintel is engineered for builders and site managers requiring robust structural support for cavity walls with wide inner leaf blockwork. This extra heavy duty lintel is a reliable choice for projects where load-bearing capacity and durability are critical. Please note, blockwork should be built tight against the lintel face, and the inner leaf must not overhang the lintel flange by more than 25mm to maintain structural integrity.

Application

Specifically designed for cavity wall construction with inner leaf block widths between 125mm and 150mm, this lintel supports openings where heavy loads are expected. It is ideal for use above doors, windows, and other structural openings in both commercial and residential developments. To ensure optimal performance and speed up construction, it is recommended that lintels are propped during installation and a mortar bed applied atop the blockwork before laying floor units.
