The Keystone CFS/K-110 WIL 2400mm is an extra heavy duty cavity wall lintel engineered to provide strong, reliable support for openings in wide inner leaf walls. Suited to builders, site managers, and contractors working on substantial structural projects, this lintel ensures durability and stability where it matters most. Please note, inner leaf blockwork must not overhang the lintel flange by more than 25mm, and lintels should be propped during installation to aid construction efficiency.

Application

Specifically designed for cavity walls with inner leaf widths between 110mm and 125mm, this lintel supports inner leaf blockwork up to 150mm wide. It is ideal for use in load-bearing situations such as door and window openings where extra heavy duty strength is essential. Proper installation involves building blockwork tight against the lintel’s inner face and applying a mortar bed on top before laying floor units, ensuring an even load distribution across the structure.
