Details

The Keystone CFS/K-110 WIL 1650mm lintel is a specialist extra heavy duty cavity wall lintel designed for builders, contractors, and site managers working on substantial structural openings. It provides dependable support for cavity walls with wide inner leaf blockwork, making it a trusted choice for serious projects requiring strength and durability. Please note images are for illustration purposes only.

Application

This lintel is specifically engineered for cavity walls with inner leaf widths ranging from 125 to 150mm, supporting openings where the cavity width is between 110 and 125mm. It is ideal for use above doorways, windows, and other load-bearing wall openings where heavy duty performance is essential. To maintain structural integrity and speed up construction, it is recommended that lintels are propped during installation. Ensure blockwork is built tight against the inner face of the lintel, and apply a mortar bed on top of the blockwork prior to laying floor units for even load distribution.
