Supports openings with inner leaf block sizes 125-150mm wide, ensuring stability.
Recommended to prop lintels during installation to speed up construction and ensure safety.
Inner leaf block must not overhang lintel flange by more than 25mm; mortar bed required for load distribution.

The Keystone CFS/K-110 WIL 1350mm lintel is engineered for extra heavy duty cavity wall applications where a wide inner leaf is present. Trusted by builders and site managers, this lintel provides robust support for openings in cavity walls with inner leaf blockwork between 110 and 125mm wide. Please note that inner leaf blocks wider than the cavity are supported up to 150mm, with critical installation guidelines for optimal performance.

Application

Designed specifically for cavity wall construction with wide inner leafs, this lintel is ideal for structural openings such as windows and doors in both residential and commercial builds. Its extra heavy duty rating makes it suitable for projects requiring enhanced load-bearing capacity. For efficient and safe installation, lintels should be propped during construction. Blockwork must be built tight against the inner face of the lintel, with a mortar bed applied atop the blockwork before laying floor units to ensure even load distribution.
