Designed to support extra heavy duty loads on cavity widths of 110-125mm.
Suitable for inner leaf blockwork widths between 125-150mm with max 25mm flange overhang.
Recommended propping during installation to speed up construction and ensure stability.
Blockwork should be built tight against the lintel; mortar bed required above blockwork before laying floor units.

The Keystone CFS/K-110 WIL 1200mm lintel is engineered for extra heavy duty support in cavity wall applications, specifically designed for wide inner leaf blockwork. It’s an excellent choice for builders, site managers, and contractors working on structural openings requiring robust load-bearing performance. Please note that the inner leaf blockwork should not overhang the lintel flange by more than 25mm to ensure proper fit and support.

Application

This lintel is ideal for cavity walls with inner leaf widths ranging from 110mm to 125mm, supporting heavy structural loads such as window and door openings. It is commonly used in residential and commercial developments where durability and reliability are critical. Propping the lintel during installation is advised to maintain construction speed and structural integrity.
