Application

This lintel is designed to carry extra heavy loads above door and window openings in cavity walls with widths from 110 to 125mm. It is ideal for use in both residential and commercial building projects where durability and strength are paramount. To ensure optimal performance, all perpendicular and horizontal joints should be fully filled with mortar, and a mortar bed should be laid on top of the blockwork before installing floor units to evenly distribute the load. Propping the lintel during construction is recommended to maintain speed and safety on site.
