The Keystone BOX/K-200 Solid Wall Box Lintel, measuring 4650mm in length, is specifically designed for builders and contractors working with solid walls between 100mm and 215mm thick. This insulated ('INS') version includes integrated thermal insulation, enhancing energy efficiency while providing dependable structural support for internal openings.

Application

Ideal for use in standard load-bearing internal walls, the BOX/K-200 lintel supports masonry above openings such as doorways and windows in 200mm solid brick or block walls. Its perforated outer surface ensures a strong plaster key, simplifying finishing tasks on site. To maintain structural integrity, ensure a minimum 150mm bearing on each side, properly bedded on mortar, and consider propping the lintel during construction to speed up the build process.
