The Keystone BOX/K-200 Solid Wall Box Lintel, measuring 4350mm in length, is engineered to support internal openings in solid masonry walls 200mm wide. This standard load lintel is a dependable choice for builders and contractors working on structural projects requiring robust support and reliable performance. Application

Designed specifically for solid walls between 100mm and 215mm thick, the BOX/K-200 lintel carries the full load of wet masonry immediately upon installation. It’s commonly used to span internal doorways and window openings, ensuring structural integrity during and after construction. The perforated design assists with plaster keying, improving finish adhesion. For optimal results, a minimum end bearing of 150mm on each side is required, with the lintel bedded in mortar. Propping is advised to speed up construction and maintain stability while the masonry sets.
