The Keystone BOX/K-200 Solid Wall Box Lintel 3600mm INS is a specialist structural lintel designed for builders and contractors working with solid masonry walls between 100mm and 215mm thick. Its integral insulation enhances thermal performance, making it a smart choice for projects requiring energy efficiency without compromising structural support. Please note, this lintel is supplied in 150mm increments and must be installed with appropriate end bearing and mortar bedding.

Application

This box lintel is ideal for supporting internal openings in solid walls, particularly where a standard duty load is expected. The insulated version is especially suitable for projects where thermal bridging needs to be minimised, such as residential extensions or refurbishments requiring compliance with building regulations. Its perforated sides ensure excellent adhesion when plastering, providing a durable, finished surface. For best results and to maintain structural integrity, lintels should be propped during installation and have a minimum 150mm bearing on each side.
