Details

The Keystone BOX/K-200 Solid Wall Box Lintel 3000mm INS is engineered for builders and contractors working on solid wall structures between 100 and 215mm thick. This insulated lintel combines reliable load-bearing capacity with enhanced thermal performance, making it a practical choice for internal openings requiring standard duty support.

Application

Specifically designed to carry the full weight of wet masonry immediately after installation, this box lintel is ideal for supporting walls and openings in solid masonry construction. The integrated insulation improves energy efficiency, helping meet modern building standards. It is essential to provide a minimum end bearing of 150mm on each side, bedding the lintel on mortar. To maintain site safety and ensure structural integrity, propping of the lintel during construction is strongly advised.
