The Keystone BOX/K-200 is a robust solid wall box lintel measuring 1950mm in length, engineered specifically for builders and contractors working with internal masonry openings in walls between 100 and 215mm thick. This standard duty lintel offers reliable load-bearing capacity and features a perforated surface to ensure strong adhesion with plaster finishes. Please note, a minimum end bearing of 150mm on mortar is required either side of the opening for correct installation.

Application

This lintel is ideal for supporting internal openings such as doorways or window spaces in solid masonry walls up to 215mm thick. Its design allows it to carry the full wet masonry load immediately after being installed, making it suitable for speedy construction projects. Propping the lintel during installation is recommended to maintain structural integrity and facilitate efficient build times.
