The Keystone BOX/K-100 4800mm INS is a purpose-built insulated box lintel designed for builders and site managers working with solid masonry walls 100-215mm wide. Its built-in insulation enhances thermal performance, making it a practical choice for internal openings where energy efficiency matters. Please note, lintels must be supported correctly to perform as intended.

Application

This lintel is commonly used to support standard load internal openings within solid brick or block walls. Its box design allows it to carry the full wet masonry load as soon as the masonry is laid, speeding up construction times. Suitable for new builds and refurbishment projects where reliable structural support and thermal insulation are required. Ensure a minimum 150mm bearing on each side, with mortar bedding and temporary propping for safety and stability.
