The Keystone BOX/K-100 Solid Wall Lintel is engineered specifically for supporting internal openings in solid masonry walls between 100mm and 215mm thick. Ideal for builders and site managers requiring a dependable standard duty lintel that can bear the full weight of wet masonry as soon as it’s installed, this 4800mm lintel offers robust structural support for serious construction projects. Please note, lintels must be propped during installation to ensure construction speed and stability.

Application

This box lintel is perfect for internal openings such as doorways or passageways in solid brick or block walls within the specified thickness range. Its design enables it to carry the load of freshly laid masonry above without delay, making it a practical choice for efficient build schedules. The lintel requires a minimum bearing length of 150mm on each end, laid on a mortar bed to ensure proper load transfer and stability onsite.
