The Keystone BOX/K-100 Solid Wall Box Lintel 1050mm INS is engineered for builders and contractors needing dependable support over internal openings in 100mm wide solid walls. This insulated version enhances thermal performance, making it a practical choice on projects where energy efficiency matters. Please note, lintels require correct bearing and installation to perform effectively.

Application

Ideal for use in standard load-bearing situations within solid masonry walls between 100mm and 215mm thick, this box lintel carries the full weight of wet bricks or blocks as soon as they are laid. It’s commonly installed over internal doorways or window openings on site. To ensure structural integrity and speed up construction, lintels must be propped and have at least 150mm bearing on each side, bedded firmly in mortar.
