All orders are delivered kerbside as standard. To ensure safety, our drivers are not instructed to carry materials beyond the kerb. Please contact us if you have concerns or specific access requirements.


Standard Terms of Delivery

  • Shortages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and noted on the delivery paperwork.
  • Collected orders are free from delivery charges.
  • All deliveries must be signed for. A charge applies for redelivery.
  • If delivery is deferred, storage charges may apply.
  • Returns incur a 25% restocking fee (excluding delivery charge).
  • Made-to-measure goods are non-refundable.
