Details

GYPROC Soundbloc F is a specialist gypsum plasterboard engineered for trade professionals who require both high sound insulation and fire resistance in their builds. Its dense core and fire-resistant additives make it an excellent choice for contractors working on commercial, educational, and healthcare projects where durability and safety standards are paramount. Please note this product is supplied as plasterboard sheets only; fixings and accessories are not included.

Application

This plasterboard is ideal for use in internal partition walls and ceilings within environments demanding controlled noise levels and fire protection. Common applications include office meeting rooms, school classrooms, hospital side rooms, and other areas subject to frequent use and wear. When installed as part of the GypWall CLASSIC system, it delivers a 60-minute fire resistance rating along with heavy-duty performance to BS 5234: Part 2: 1992.
