Details

GLASROC Rigidur Screws 30mm are specialist fasteners engineered for securing Rigidur H plasterboard to metal and timber framing. Ideal for professional dry lining contractors and developers, these screws deliver reliable performance on serious projects where corrosion resistance and consistent fixing strength are essential. Please note screws are supplied in boxes of 1000 and include a high-performance screwdriver bit.

Application

These screws are purpose-built for attaching Rigidur H board to Gypframe metal studs up to 0.8mm thick, as well as timber supports. Their self-tapping design speeds up installation by eliminating pre-drilling, while the zinc plating ensures long-term corrosion resistance in typical interior environments. They are not suitable for use with 'I' studs. Ensure a minimum of 10mm penetration into the metal framing beyond the board thickness for secure fixing.
