GYPROC Collated Drywall Screws 40mm are specialist fixings engineered for trade professionals installing plasterboard on metal framing and timber supports. Supplied in a convenient box of 1000 screws, these corrosion-resistant, self-tapping screws deliver dependable performance on serious projects where speed and reliability matter. Please note, screws are supplied in collated strips of 50 for ease of use with compatible screw guns.

Application

These drywall screws are ideal for fixing plasterboard to Gypframe metal framing up to 0.8mm thick, including ‘C’ studs and associated framing, as well as ‘I’ studs up to 0.6mm gauge. They also perform well when securing plasterboard to timber supports. The collated format allows fast, accurate installation, reducing downtime and improving job site efficiency.
