Details

The Siniat GTEC Wet Area Screws 3.50x25mm are specialist fixings designed for contractors working with wet area plasterboard systems such as GTEC Aqua Board and GTEC Weather Defence. Their self-drilling, fine-thread profile ensures a reliable and efficient installation on metal studwork, making them a smart choice for professionals focused on quality and durability in humid or wet conditions. Please note, these screws come in boxes of 1000 and are manufactured to BS EN 14566 standards.

Application

These screws are engineered for fixing wet area plasterboards to metal studwork with thicknesses up to 3mm. The self-drilling tip eliminates the need for pre-drilling, speeding up installation on thin gauge steel frames (up to 0.7mm) and heavier gauge studs alike. Their fine threading provides a firm hold without damaging the plasterboard surface, making them ideal for bathroom, kitchen, and other moisture-prone environments.
