The Siniat GTEC Intumescent Acoustic Sealant 900ml is a specialist water-based sealant designed for builders, contractors, and site managers working on plasterboard and dry lining projects requiring fire protection and soundproofing. This sealant forms a resilient, flexible barrier that is fire rated for up to four hours, making it a reliable choice for critical joint sealing on serious projects.

Application

Perfect for sealing perimeter gaps, service penetrations, and joints in plasterboard systems where fire resistance and acoustic performance are essential.
