Details

The Siniat GTEC Fire Board is a specialist plasterboard engineered to deliver superior fire resistance for demanding building projects. Designed for builders, contractors, and site managers, this 15mm thick board provides reliable protection in stud partitions, ceiling linings, and wall systems where fire safety is paramount. Please note, this product is supplied as individual boards and does not include fixings or additional accessories.

Application

Ideal for use in both commercial and residential construction, the GTEC Fire Board is specified where fire performance is required to meet building regulations. It is commonly installed in single-layer partitions and lining systems to achieve 60 minutes of fire resistance, making it suitable for internal walls and ceilings subject to fire safety standards such as Part B. Its tapered edges facilitate smooth joint finishing, supporting a clean, professional finish on site.
