The Siniat GTEC Fire Board is a specialist plasterboard designed for trade professionals requiring dependable fire resistance in internal partitions and ceiling linings. With a thickness of 12.5mm and square edge finish, it offers both performance and ease of installation for contractors focused on safety and compliance. Please note the product is supplied as plasterboard sheets only.

Application

This fire board is commonly used in stud partitions and ceiling systems where fire protection is essential, such as residential, commercial, and refurbishment projects. Its certification to BS1230 Type 5 and BS EN 520 Types D and F allows it to achieve 60 minutes fire resistance in a 15mm single-layer partition, making it ideal for meeting Part B building regulations when used within metal stud frameworks.
