Details

The Siniat GTEC CH Stud is a specialist non-loadbearing metal stud, engineered for use within GTEC Shaftwall systems. Ideal for contractors and site managers working on multi-storey projects, this stud supports fire-resistant shaft constructions while simplifying installation by allowing plasterboard to be fixed from one side. Please note, this product is designed specifically for shaftwall applications and should be used in conjunction with compatible GTEC components.

Application

This stud is integral to GTEC Shaftwall systems, widely used in multi-storey buildings to prevent fire spread through vertical shafts and voids. Installed typically at 600mm centres, it works in combination with GTEC E Studs and J or U Tracks to create a secure, fire-resistant framework. The design supports one-sided board installation, significantly reducing the need for scaffolding and minimising site disruption.
