GTEC CH Stud Non-loadbearing for GTEC Shaftwall Systems.

Non-loadbearing section utilised as part of GTEC Shaftwall Systems.

Applications:

Used as an integral part of GTEC Shaftwall systems in multi-storey buildings, preventing continuous routes for the spread of fire. Typically installed at 600mm centres, this stud is used in combination with GTEC E Stud and associated GTEC J and/or U Tracks. Together it allows for full installation of a system from one side of the shaft, completely eliminating the need for scaffolding.

Benefits:

• When built with the GTEC Shaftwall system, pressure changes likely found in deep shafts and voids are resisted
• Allows for one sided board installation
• Manufactured to BS EN 14195
• Reaction to fire A1
