Details

GLASROC H Tilebacker is a specialist square edge plasterboard designed for tile backing in moisture-prone environments. Ideal for roofers, builders, and loft converters working on wet rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, or extensions, it combines water resistance with fire safety and durability to support long-lasting, professional finishes. Please note this product is supplied only on full pallets, securely packed on wooden pallets with a plastic cover.

Application

Specifically engineered for areas exposed to frequent water contact, GLASROC H Tilebacker provides a stable, mould-resistant substrate for tiling in bathrooms, kitchens, shower cubicles and wet rooms. Its pre-primed acrylic surface ensures excellent adhesion for tiles or decorative finishes, while the glass-reinforced gypsum core delivers enhanced durability and fire resistance, compliant with Class A1 and Class 0 standards. This board is well suited for refurbishment, re-tiling, or new build projects where moisture management and reliability are paramount.
