Details

GLASROC FireCase S Screws 58mm are specialist fixings engineered for contractors and developers working with Glasroc F FireCase plasterboard. These corrosion-resistant, self-tapping steel screws feature a unique head designed to countersink neatly into the board, providing a smooth surface ready for finishing. Supplied in bulk packs of 1000 with a high-performance screwdriver bit, they offer reliable performance across serious fire-rated drywall installations. Please note, these screws are specifically intended for Glasroc F FireCase systems and conform to EN 14566 standards.

Application

These screws are purpose-built for board-to-board fixing within the Glasroc FireCase system, as well as securing plasterboard to metal framing. They are particularly suited for use with Gypframe metal studs up to 0.8mm gauge thickness, including 'I' studs under 0.6mm. Their self-tapping design reduces installation time by eliminating pre-drilling, while the countersinking head ensures an accurate, flush finish that speeds up subsequent plastering or decorating stages.
