Installation Notes: The back of the hanger must be tight against the wall. Joists should be cut square, leaving a gap no greater than 6mm from the rear of the hanger. A minimum 675mm of set masonry must be present over the support flange before applying loads. Joists should be fixed through the side gusset using 3.75x30mm square twisted nails, and the underside of joists must be notched to provide a level surface for plasterboarding.
