Installation notes: The back of the hanger must be tight against the wall, with joists cut square leaving a gap no greater than 6mm at the rear. A minimum 675mm of set masonry should be in place over the support flange before applying loads. Joists must be nailed through the side gusset using 3.75x30mm square twisted nails. The underside of joists should be notched to provide a level surface for plasterboarding.
