Installation Requirements: The back of the hanger must be tightly fixed against the wall. Joists should be cut square with no more than a 6mm gap from the hanger’s rear. Ensure at least 675mm of set masonry above the support flange before applying loads. Joists need to be nailed through the side gusset using 3.75x30mm square twisted nails. Notching the underside of joists is necessary to provide a level surface for plasterboarding.
