Installation notes: The hanger must be installed with the back tight against masonry or timber support. Joists should be cut square with a maximum 6mm gap at the rear. Ensure at least 675mm of set masonry is in place before applying loads. Fix joists through the side gusset using 3.75x30mm square twisted nails. Notching the underside of joists is recommended for a level plasterboarding surface.
