The Expamet 563A2400 13mm Plaster Stop is a professional-grade metal bead designed to deliver sharp, durable plaster edges. Supplied in cartons of 50, each bead measures 2400mm, making it ideal for large-scale plastering and dry lining projects where reliability and finish quality are essential. Please note, beads may be wire tied to metal lathing backgrounds and care should be taken to avoid damage during application.

Application

This plaster stop is commonly used by plasterers and contractors to create clean, straight edges on plastered surfaces. Its expanded wing reinforces the plaster, preventing cracking and chipping on corners and edges exposed to site traffic or impact. Ideal for both new builds and refurbishment, it can be fixed at intervals not exceeding 600mm for optimal support. The bead can be cut on site to fit irregular lengths or shapes, speeding up installation.
