Application

This coil is primarily used to reinforce plasterwork where it covers chases or interfaces with different substrate materials. It is essential to fix the coil in a staggered pattern at 300mm centres, spaced 5-6mm off the substrate to allow plaster to fully embed the mesh strands. Where plaster is applied over dissimilar materials, a building paper should be used to isolate the plaster. Avoid using this product over movement joints, as it is not designed to accommodate structural movement.
