We are looking for a E-Commerce and Sales Support Executive:

Are you ready to kickstart your career in e-commerce and sales support? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented E-Commerce & Sales Support Executive to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to learn, develop, and gain hands-on experience across sales, data, and digital platforms in a fast-paced environment.  Responsibilities will include:

 

Data & Reporting

·         Work with Excel to clean, manage, and prepare data for website and ERP updates (training provided on advanced tools)

·         Spot trends in sales and product performance, sharing insights with the Sales Team

Website & ERP Support

·         Keep the website up to date with new products, pricing, and content

·         Assist with syncing data between SAP Business One and Magento

·         Troubleshoot basic website or ERP issues and escalate where needed

 

Sales Support & Customer Interaction

·         Support the Sales Team with pricing, supplier lists, and customer queries via email, phone, and live chat

·         Monitor order fulfilment and chase abandoned cart sales to maximise online opportunities

·         Assist with product launches, ensuring copy, translations, and digital content are

delivered on time

 

General Operations

·         Attend meetings on website and sales topics, contributing ideas and feedback

·         Provide first-line support for staff on website queries

·         Test and validate website updates to ensure accuracy

Requirements

·         Basic Excel skills (comfortable with spreadsheets, formulas, and data entry)

·         Willingness to learn e-commerce platforms, ERP systems, and digital tools (full training provided)

·         Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when working with data

·         A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong organisational skills

·         Eligible to work in the UK
