The Celotex XR4165 insulation board is a high-performance rigid PIR board designed for trade professionals requiring dependable thermal insulation for serious building projects. Its robust construction and excellent U-value make it ideal for enhancing energy efficiency in floors, walls, and roofs. Please note, this product is supplied as boards only; any additional materials or fixings are sold separately.

Application

This insulation board is perfect for use in a variety of construction scenarios, including solid concrete, block and beam, and suspended timber joist ground floors, particularly where underfloor heating is installed. It also fits seamlessly between timber and steel studs in framed walls and is suitable for installation between rafters in pitched roofs. For flat roofs, it performs well in ventilated cold roof systems, installed from inside the building. Additionally, it is an excellent choice for retrofit and refurbishment projects aiming to upgrade thermal performance of existing structures.
